Did you know that colors can have a big impact on our mood? Being aware of the colors we use in our life can be a beneficial therapy for mental wellness. The color that we choose to paint a room, for example, can either soothe us or energize us. The colors that we choose to wear also can play a part in how well our day goes.

Dougall Fraser has a 3-part course called “Color Me Happy”, as well as a new book that explains how to use color to benefit well-being.

In addition, many people have started to use adult coloring books as a means to relax and easy symptoms of anxiety.
